Alder & Stone is an imaginary architecture practice created by ExeWebworks to demonstrate web design, development and interaction work.

Fictional portfolio concept

This is not a trading architecture practice. Its people, projects, availability, address and contact details are illustrative. The images do not evidence commissions completed by a real practice. Nothing on the demo is architectural, planning, financial or legal advice.

Privacy

The demo does not transmit or retain information entered into its newsletter or consultation interactions. Entries exist only temporarily in the open page, are cleared when the interaction completes and are not available to ExeWebworks.

Please do not enter real personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information. If this demo is viewed within the ExeWebworks portfolio, the main portfolio privacy information applies to ordinary hosting and security logs and to any separate contact you choose to send to ExeWebworks.

Cookies and tracking

This demo does not set cookies, use browser storage, run analytics, serve advertising or load tracking pixels. Its fonts, scripts and images are self-hosted. It therefore does not display a consent banner.

If analytics, embedded media or other optional technologies are added later, this notice and the consent mechanism must be reviewed before those technologies load.

External links

Illustrative social links point to third-party websites. No connection is made until a visitor chooses a link. The third party then applies its own privacy and cookie practices. ExeWebworks does not control those external services.

Accessibility

The demo is designed for keyboard and touch use, supports responsive layouts and reduced-motion preferences, and includes text alternatives and visible focus styles. This is a portfolio concept rather than a public-sector service.

If any part is difficult to use, contact ExeWebworks through exewebworks.co.uk and describe the page and the problem. ExeWebworks will consider a reasonable alternative format or adjustment.

Ownership

The demo design, code and presentation are published as ExeWebworks portfolio material. “Alder & Stone” is used only as the name of the fictional concept. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
